There are 34 available homes on the market in Glastonbury. Per MLS in Glastonbury: there are now  4 homes listed under 400k. 8 homes are listed in the 400-500k range and 5 homes are listed in the 500-600k range. 2 homes are listed in the 600-699k range and 2 homes are listed in the 700-800.  2 homes are listed in the 800's and 6 are in the 900's. Lastly, 5 homes are listed over 1million.  This time last year we had about 187 closed home sales and average price per square foot was $230. Year to date we are at about 156 closed home sales and an average price per square foot of $249 w/homes selling about 5% over-asking.
Glastonbury's condo market update:
Currently, there are 5 condos on the market in Glastonbury. Year to date; 47 condo have closed with an average price per square foot of: $223 and a 6% on average over-asking sales price. This time last year, we had about 68 closed condo sales. The average price per square foot was $203. and condos sold about 4% over-asking. What does that data tell us? The demand is still there but the inventory is lacking.
