This past weekend, I launched 3 properties. I saw an incredible uptick in buyers viewing all 3 homes. I had 2 open houses at 312 Olde Stage Road on Saturday and Sunday and saw more than 100 groups of people through the house. I had over 62 private showings in less than 50 hours. The result was over 28 offers and an incredible offer won the house for that lucky buyer. Per MLS in Glastonbury: Just 1 home is listed under 300k and is located in a HOA community. 1 home is listed in the 300-400k range. 3 homes are listed in the 400k range! 2 homes are listed in the 500-600k range. 2 homes are listed in the 600-699k range and No homes are listed in the 700-800. 4 homes are listed in the 800's and 5 are in the 900's. 4 homes are priced over 1mil.

Currently, there are just 2 condos on the market in Glastonbury. This weekend, 8 Copley Road, listed at $334,900 (stunning by the way) will hit the market for showings.
