Glastonbury's single-family home update:

There are 30 available homes on the market in Glastonbury. Per MLS in Glastonbury: there are NO homes listed under 400k. 7 homes are listed in the 400-500k range and 2 homes are listed in the 500-600k range. 5 homes are listed in the 600-699k range and 1 home is listed in the 700-800. 3 homes are listed in the 800's and 7 are in the 900's. Lastly, 5 homes are listed over 1million. We had a pretty big influx of new listings over the past few weeks. Even with interest rates climbing, buyers have showed us they are still looking. We are seeing cash buyers and we are seeing many offers over-asking and we have buyers waiving some if not all inspections. Homes presented with many updates and are more likely to see inspection waivers, but homes that are older, & may have well and/or septic are seeing inspections requested by the buyers.

Glastonbury's condo market update:

Currently, there are 2 condos on the market in Glastonbury. There are 12 condos under contract waiting to close. I have buyers that would love to purchase a condo in Glastonbury - they are fully approved and ready to go. If you have any thoughts on selling, please let me know as soon as possible.
