Glastonbury Market. We are local - our local market is strong.
Currently, we have less inventory than buyer needs. Our inventory is under a 6 months supply = a seller's market.
We simply do not have enough homes on the market to meet the demands of the buyers. Even with interest rates at 7% we were still seeing multiple offers. Homes that are priced right with desirable updates and locations still have buyers competing. We have only 39 homes for sale in the MLS. 16 of which are new construction. This is a great time to sell if it makes sense for you.
