There are only 16 available homes on the market in Glastonbury.

Glastonbury's condo market update:
Currently, there are 5 condos on the market in Glastonbury.
Paul Addamo, at Glastonbury William Raveis Mortgage, told me he is seeing an uptick in buyers seeking pre-approvals. He further told me that rates will continue to decline as we move into 2024. This is great news for Glastonbury homeowners because it tells me we will see prices hold steady if not continue with upward-pressure and we will still see seller favorable terms and conditions in the offers put forth by buyers.
 
The positive mortgage forecast and strong buyer interest will continue to help keep our local housing marketing strong. Glastonbury has continued to be one of the most desirable locations for buyers moving into our state. With over 14,000 individual housing units (sf, condo, multis) we have more housing options than some of the surrounding towns. We will continue to see more overall sales volume than our counterparts west of the river giving buyers more housing options.
 
Recently, I have had a few buyers give up moving to Simsbury and Avon due to lack of available homes - as of today, there are only 10 houses in Simsbury for sale right now and just 12 in Avon. Each of my buyers decided to just focus on the Glastonbury market. This winter is not stopping buyers. They are out shopping for homes now....
